Car crashes into traffic light in Rotorua

A car has crashed into a traffic light on Koutu corner.

A police spokeswoman said they were called to the crash at the intersection of Old Taupo and Clayton Rd's at 12.25pm.

There were no reports of injuries, she said.

A Rotorua Daily Post photographer said the westbound lane on Clayton Rd Rd was blocked.

A tow truck had been called.
