Urgent repairs on SH1 after fatal truck crash near Tokoroa

Urgent repairs are under way near Galaxy Rd in Tokoroa following a truck crash that killed one person yesterday.

The crash forced the closure of State Highway 1 near Tokoroa all night and one other person was taken to Waikato Hospital in a moderate condition.

Stop and go traffic management is in place today and motorists should expect delays.
