Those in the tourist industry and people who use Air NZ flights in and out of Rotorua are being encouraged to head along to hear the company's chief executive Christopher Luxon speak this week.
Mr Luxon will be in Rotorua on Thursday - meeting with key stakeholders before speaking ata lunch event.
Rotorua Chamber of Commerce chief executive Darrin Walsh said the lunch was open to the public and those who used the services should head along to hear the airline's plans for the region.
People would also have the opportunity to ask questions, Mr Walsh said.
He said it would be of particular interest to those in the tourist industry as well as businesses who travelled for work and used the airline. "It will be great to come along and hear what plans Air NZ have for our region."
