Tokoroa police are appealing for public help to identify two men who robbed the Kelso St Superette on Friday.

Detective Constable Edward King said the men entered the store around 7.30pm armed with a handgun.

They left with cash, cigarettes and tobacco.

No one was injured during the robbery.

Mr King said one of the men was wearing a green hoodie and holding a blue bag, the other was wearing black and holding the gun.
