"I was buzzing till about Sunday morning, I was yelling and screaming.''
Mr Fox, a former technical and sales assistant at Harvey Norman, is running the business with the help of a friend, who looks after marketing and publicity.
They will each have a tablet and a phone, which he said would be a huge benefit to the company.
"We can set all four devices up to synchronise ... we can see each other's diaries and she can book appointments for me without having to call me,'' he said.
"We can share data plans, have four devices on one account.''
He said it also helped present a professional image to clients.
He said business had been "slow but steady'' since he took the plunge and ventured out on his own.
"I knew it wasn't going to be a walk in the park,'' he said.
"With new businesses it takes a while to get your name out there.''
Mr Fox said home users had been his main customers _ calling him out to do everything from replacing water-damaged keyboards, RAM upgrades, setting up iPhones and upgrading hard drives.
He has also done one-off jobs for other small businesses.
And with his new devices to keep him in touch, Mr Fox is looking forward to expanding his business further in 2013.
