TRACTOR PARTS SPECIALIST

Do you have a strong knowledge of tractors and tractor parts? We are looking for someone to add knowledge to our team and help improve the level of service we deliver to our customers. You might be in an existing Tractor Parts Salesperson or an Agricultural Service Technician/Tractor Mechanic looking to put down the tools.
This is full-time Monday to Friday 7.30am to 5.00pm position (no Saturday work is required). Ongoing professional development will be provided for the successful applicant.
The primary responsibilities will be:
• Frontline Sales & Customer Service for new tractor parts including through our online channel
• Providing price and availability of new parts by researching product availability from suppliers
The person we are looking for would meet the following criteria:
• Experience with tractors and a strong general mechanical knowledge
• Previous experience in a parts role would be an advantage though on the job training will be provided
• Candidates must have excellent computer skills as the role involves searching online parts programmes and using a CRM system to capture customer information
Applicants for this position should have NZ residency or a valid NZ Work Visa. A full NZ Drivers Licence is also required.
