With craft workshops, demonstrations and cake classes, punters will get the chance to learn the tricks of the trade at the Cake and Craft Show
this weekend.
Event manager Jakkii Goody said the show, formerly known as Dunkley's Great NZ Craft Show, was in its 32nd year.
"This year's event will showcase high-end retail craft by some of New Zealand's top-end entrepreneurs, artisans, designers and crafts people. With a proud focus on local handmade, homegrown talent and an opportunity to meet the makers."
The show will host classes on how to make SPCA fondant animal toppers, vintage rose cupcakes, cheeky frog cupcakes, fabric decoupage wooden spoon workshops and more.
