CASUAL PALLIATIVE CARE REGISTERED NURSE
North Haven Hospice is seeking a Registered Nurse to work alongside our experienced team of specialist, palliative-care nurses both in the community and Inpatient settings, providing casual cover as required.
The successful candidate will be able to meet the following key selection criteria:
Current registration and
annual practicing certificate with Nursing Council of New Zealand
Previous experience/training in caring for palliative patients preferred.
• Commitment to and experience in working collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
• Excellent communication skills
• Thorough assessment and documentation skills
• Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional nursing education
