Therefore we seek someone who can provide outstanding modest leadership and continue our wining way.
Preferred Candidates would ideally have the following skills
Engineering tertiary qualifications
Experience in tendering and bidding construction projects.
Proven strong financial management skills.
A commitment to quality standards, safety and continuous improvement
A professional manner and experience in dealing with engineers, clients, and suppliers
Ability to motivate, lead, and develop people, with an enthusiasm for developing high performing teams and the ability to work with all staff and customers to ensure a positive outcome is essential
A key focus will be on managing and securing future construction work through tendering and negotiating with existing clients
The role will work closely with MD / Divisional Managers and play an integral part in the company performance and culture development. This is a hands on role that will have a direct and measurable effect on the company's bottom line performance.
This is a key role and as such the remuneration and potentially equity package, is intended to attract and retain a top industry performer.
