The Mike Shrimpton-coached Cornwall side have a 10-point lead at the top rung of the one-day competition while 120-over champions NOBM hold a slender 1.92 points lead over Cornwall in the overall race.
In CHB's case, coach Mike Lewis said making the play-offs in the one-day competition was their goal as they join the villagers and Taradale in the jostle for the fourth qualifiers after leapfrogging Dale.
