Hawke's Bay residents can expect a mainly fine and warm week ahead.
MetService meteorologist Frances Russell said morning cloud was expected today with a chance of showers about the ranges, but skies would become fine, with sea breezes in the afternoon.
Tomorrow would also be fine, with light winds anda daytime high of 23C.
On Wednesday there would be cloudy periods and a chance of drizzle but the daytime high would hover around 20C.
Fine, warm weather would continue on Thursday and Friday, with northwesterlies developing.
