The winning ticket was sold at Tauranga City Lotto, on Grey St. All Lotto tickets sold are automatically in the draw for the Winning Wheel. Tauranga City Lotto owner Kerry Tuck said the winner would be flown to Wellington, taken out for lunch, given a make over and appear live on television for the draw. The winning ticket's serial number is 8894426931520XX.
