Bay of Plenty designer Mark Bruce of Beaver Kitchens has won three prizes at the national 2014 Master Joiner Awards held in New Plymouth.
The prizes include the Waikato-Bay of Plenty Regional Award, Best Kitchen Design, which Mr Bruce also won in 2013, and Best Kitchen, which was judged on the complexity of the build and craftsmanship.
"It's this particular award that as a team we are most proud of," said Mr Bruce, who is based in Whakatane.
The awards are the largest of their kind in New Zealand and aim to promote excellence in kitchen design, craftsmanship in timber joinery and to showcase the finest work from the industry.
Mr Bruce said he was honoured by the awards and proud of his team as the awards were a reflection of their skill and commitment.
