Traffic lights are out in Welcome Bay causing, some confusion among motorists this morning.
A police media spokeswoman said the traffic lights leading up to the Welcome Bay roundabout had been out since 8.40am.
She said the Tauranga City Council had been advised and contractors had been called.
A reporter
at the scene said traffic was not backed up but motorists travelling through the roundabout appeared to be a little confused.
The reporter said there was a car through a fence near the roundabout.
