UPDATED 5:22. Police have arrested a man following an aggravated robbery at a central city store this afternoon.
Sergeant Dan Weir from has confirmed they have a man in custody and cigarettes were taken from an armed hold up at Lenz Superette.
The call came in at 4.53pm.
The man
fled the scene and was arrested on Chapel St about 5.20pm.
UPDATED 5:11: The robbery took place at Lenz Superette opposite Target in Cameron Rd.
Police are at the scene are talking with staff inside.
A reporter at the scene spokes to passers by who said no one saw anything but heard a man had entered the store with a gun.
