Inform Kiwi doubles player Marcus Daniell and Argentine partner Diego Schwartzman have scored another big win at the prestigious BNP Paribas Open in California.
Daniell and Schwartzman are through to the quarter finals at the Indian Wells Masters after a 6-4, 6-2 win in 1hr 3 minutes over the French pair of Adrian Mannarino and Fabrice Martin.

But Michael Venus has crashed out in the second round with his South African partner Raven Klaasen. The pair have been outclassed by American Rajeev Ram and Croatian Ivan Dodig 6-2 6-2 in 1 hr. Venus and Klaasen never got into the match and dropped serve three times in the first set and twice in the second. They will now look to regroup for the Miami Masters next week.
Daniell and Schwartzman had never played together before the tournament but they have quickly gelled as a combination with the world number 17 in singles proving he's a handy doubles player.
