Andy Murray's outgunned Bulgaria's Grigor Dimitrov 6-4, 7-6 in the final of the China Open to claim his 40th career title and continue his pursuit of the world number one tennis ranking.

He's now 1,555 points behind Novak Djokovic in the race to end the year as number one, and has plenty of points to play for in Shanghai, Paris and the London Tour finals.

Agnieszka Radwanska has collected her 20th career WTA title after a dominant 6-4, 6-2 victory over Britain's Johanna Konta in the women's final.

Meanwhile Australian Nick Kyrgios has hit 23 aces in beating David Goffin 4-6, 6-3, 7-5 in the Japan Open final and claim his third title of the season.
