Lydia Ko is mindful of taking regular breaks in her golfing year to give her the best chance of Olympic success.

The world number one is currently taking a week off between events before she returns to the circuit in Singapore.

Her coach David Leadbetter says with Rio gold her main goal for the year, she's going to have weeks off like this regularly.

Leadbetter says pacing herself is going to be a key and she's getting quite smart about it all.
