New Zealand golfer Michael Hendry is in a position to defend his NZ PGA Championship title in Queenstown.
Hendry is at 14 under par, just a shot off the pace.
Hendry says he's just continuing his good recent form.
"(It's) what I wanted, it's what I expected of myself so I'm happy to be in this position and I'd love to take it out again."
Australian Rohan Blizard leads.
