Aircraft are swooping in from across the globe to put on a jaw dropping display near Palmerston North.
The event will celebrate the Royal New Zealand Air Force's 80th anniversary. The military Air Tattoo will be held at RNZAF Base Ohakea on February 25 and 26.
There the Royal Australian Air Force will bring three F-18 Hornets, a C27J and a C17 aircraft, the United States will fly in two F-16 Fighting Falcons and a Globemaster C-17 and a KC-135 Stratotanker.
They will join the Royal New Zealand Air Force's fleet and the Black Falcons aerobatics team.
The air displays will run from 10am until 4pm each day.
