Dannevirke South School's production, What a Wonderful World's final dress rehearsal was fun, colourful and high energy.

As the students performed in front of a packed Town Hall on Monday afternoon, all the months of hard work by the children, staff and supporters came together in a kaleidoscope of colour.

The travel-themed production takes the audience on a musical tour of the world and for Shasta Pene, head of drama at Dannevirke High School, it was a chance to see the amazing talent which will be heading her way in years to come. "It's wonderful," she said.

What a Wonderful World is on at the Town Hall tonight and tomorrow night. Tickets are $10 and are available from the South School office.
