Lydia Ko has dropped to ninth in the latest women's world golf rankings.
Ko finished in 22nd place at the New Zealand women's Open yesterday following a final round three-over 75. She was 12 shots behind winner Brooke Henderson who has moved back into the world top 10, in 10th place.
So Yeon Ryu remains the world number one after skipping the event at Windross Farm.
Ko began the year at number one and held the position until June, ending 84 weeks at the top spot. She hasn't won a tournament since the Marathon Classic in July last year.
