With a time to beat of 68 seconds, three teams of four golfers from Spain, Denmark and France set out to break the world record for the fastest hole of golf.
The teams were captained by Sergio Garcia (Spain), Raphaël Jacquelin (France) and Thorbjørn Olesen (Denmark).
The challenge took place on the par five fourth hole at Real Club Valderrama, ahead of the European Tour's Open de España.
Teams were allowed to place themselves at different stages of the hole in a relay format.
