DVD EVENING
What: Philomena. This is the story of one mother's search for her son who was adopted as she was a "fallen woman". Helped by a BBC journalist, together they embark on a journey of discovery.

CREATIONS GALLERY 'N GIFTS
What: Five Whanganui artists' creations on display and for sale. An artist is in the gallery each day and one is working in their medium every Saturday.

Interaction: Taking registrations in workshops working with Powertex (sculptured items), chalk paint (up-cycling furniture) and felting.

SINGING FOR YOUR BRAIN

What: Weekly meetings of like-minded women in the art of needlework.

Workshops by nationally recognised tutors during the year, both in Wanganui and at other guilds in the surrounding region.
