Aramoho Wanganui Rowing Club's Kerri Gowler and Chris Harris were co-winners of the Supreme Award at the 2017 Ray White Whanganui Sport Awards.
The celebrations of the previous night did not stop them returning to their home club early the next morning to partake in a 26km training session withthe upcoming senior men rowers of AWRC.
They took this opportunity to pass on their international experience and further enhance the skills of these local rowers.
