A tiny library has been set up at Taihape Area school to tempt the smallest students.
Principal Richard McMillan said it was the first such library in the North Island and the books were free for everyone to take and read.
The idea for the little library had come from
the South Island where they were hugely popular in Dunedin, he said.
Even though the name suggested little kids it was for everyone, he said.
And already the Taihape kids were loving their small library.
