Police attended an incident on Miro St in Whanganui this afternoon.
A cordon was put up at Ruapehu St while officers were stationed at each corner. Armed officers appeared to be concentrating on one property.
The cordon was lifted just before 4pm.
A police spokesperson said the operation was still
underway so no details could yet be provided.
