The Northland Car Club's season is well under way, with the most recent hill climb event at Mangapai Caves Rd proving to be a hit.
Class E driver Warwick Redfurn was the overall winner of the day in his Mitsubishi Evo 7, Damian Morris was first in class D inhis Toyota Levin, while Alan Strong in his Nissan Sunny GTI was the winner of class C, and Scott Ogle in his Toyota Starlet was the winner of class B.
Winner of class A was Justin Glavish in his Toyota Starlet.
The next event for the club is a hill climb at Waiotira on March 13. Start time is 10.30am.
