T20 double-header for reserve graders

T20 cricket action is on display this weekend in the Rotorua/Taupo senior reserve grade.

Defending champions Geyser City Cricket Club will have a big target over their heads in the T20 competition, while pre-Christmas competition winners Taupo Wanderers hold good form going into their matches today.

Each team in the reserve grade will play two games today (round one and two) in Taupo with the third round and finals played on Saturday, February 7 in Rotorua.

Games are being played at Owen Delany Park in Taupo today, with the first matches starting at 12.30pm and the second matches to follow.

The Geyser 1 and Geyser Development teams are combining for the T20 competition.

-T20 draw today (all matches in Taupo):

Round one: Geyser v Eastern Pirates, BOP Indians v Taupo Wanderers, Taupo Old Boys v Central.

Round two: Geyser v Central, Eastern Pirates v Taupo Wanderers, BOP Indians v Taupo Old Boys.
