The third day of the Tai Mitchell rugby tournament has thrown up some big results.
Rotorua Gold registered their first win of the competition today while top sides Rotorua Maroon and Tauranga East battled out a 22-all draw.
The hunt for a semifinal spot will heat up tomorrow during thelast day of round robin play.
The Tai Mitchell tournament is a long-standing rugby tournament for the best under-13 players in the Bay of Plenty. The competition features 10 teams from across the Bay.
The tournament is being held at the Rotorua International Stadium.
