In total New Zealand claimed five gold; Edward and Strack women's lightweight double scull, women's double sculls, the lightweight men's single scull, the men's double scull and the men's lightweight coxless four.
The men's coxless quad sculls picked up a silver with a bronze to the women's coxless quad sculls and the men's coxless fours.
Up to 250 international athletes took part at the regatta, including Olympians from 18 countries. Edward and Strack dominated their final, taking the lead at the 500m mark before winning in a time of 8m and 8s.
Australia were second with Great Britain rounding out the top three. The regatta is the biggest rowing event in the Asia/Pacific region since the 2000 Olympics.
