Pony club delighted with top 10 placing

The Rotorua District Pony Club team finished sixth in the Timberlands North Island Competition over the weekend. The five-rider team competed in dressage, show jumping and cross country over the two-day event in Tokoroa.

Team manager Menna Tarr said the team's sixth placing was the first time the district had been in the top 10 at the championships for at least seven years and it was an "extremely pleasing" result.
