Rotorua's Heather Keefe has won the Canterbury Shield as the leading individual at the 2015 New Zealand Women's Masters golf tournament.
Keefe helped the Bay of Plenty team finish fourth at the tournament which was held at the weekend at the Helensville Golf Club.
The stableford competition involved 14 regions,
with most players on a single-figure handicap.
Southland won the overall title, but Keefe had the best individual stableford score to secure the Canterbury Shield.
Results: 1st 368 points - Southland 87, 95, 88, 98; 2nd 353 - Auckland 80, 91, 83, 99; 3rd 340 - Waikato 94, 85, 76, 85; 4th 332 - Bay of Plenty 79, 86, 87, 80; 5th 327 - Northland 79, 84, 77, 87.
