Rotorua house values on the rise

Rotorua's average house values have risen 11.5 per cent in the last 12 months, now sitting at $404,304.

The figures, released today, come from the QV House Price Index for October.

The average value is up 1.3 per cent in the last three months and 37.7 per cent since the 2007 property market peak.
