I have many wonderful memories of Tudor Towers Night Club. My favourite memory will always be of the resident band

Cairo

. Stepping out onto the sunken dance floor was also an experience.

A wonderful venue that overlooked the government gardens. It was stunning. Had a lot of fun times at the Towers and it was a sad day for the Rotorua live music scene when the place closed its doors.

Winning my first talent quest up there. I got $1000 and a trip to Australia, I took my best mate Maree. Those were the best days of my life I reckon.

Towers were the best years of our lives. Great people and the best musos in the business, talented and entertaining. Staff were awesome and it was the number one place to go. Fun times.
