  • Re Nia mum and killer least visited in jail - I feel so glad the whanau are now ignoring these two. They r sending a firm, strong message that what they did is considered unacceptable to the whanau. So isolation makes it harder to re-establish them into the community? Too bad. The community doesnt want them back out. If they feel sorry for themselves, diddums.
  • Rotorua isnt the safe place it used 2 be, even in daytime.
  • Sala St makeover looks good 4 ppl crossng. My concern is now lack of space 4 cyclsts. We kno trafic wont slow or giv room.
  • Lets see if I've got this right; a penguin is found on a beach, eaten sand, a top surgeon takes time off his busy schedule to perform an op with a photo op while people are bumped back onto an overburdened waiting lists once again. Wake up NZ, animals deserve rights, but surely people take priority.
  • Rotorua has indeed got the worst drivers I know of plus the streets are narrow in town with these silly islands in the middle which take up a lot of room.
