Contractors will be carrying out work to replace a valve at the Tihi-o-tonga reservoir tomorrow between 9am and 2pm.

The work requires a full shutdown of the water supply to properties in the area.

The valve replacement is necessary to fix the issues that have been causing some residents in the area to experience low water pressure.

A letter from the contractors should have been delivered to all the affected households last week.

Any residents with questions or concerns should contact Rotorua Lakes Council on 07 348 4199 to speak to a customer advisor.
