NO EXCUSE: All voting places will be open from 9am until 7pm and all you need is your EasyVote card. PHOTO/ ELECTORAL COMMISSION

There's no excuse not to vote tomorrow.

With free City-Ride buses provided by the Bay of Plenty Regional Council and dozens of handy locations to cast your vote all you need is your EasyVote card.

On election day tomorrow all voting places will be open from 9am until 7pm. The busiest time is usually between 9am and 11am.

You can vote at any voting place in the country, but you will need to cast a special vote if you are outside your electorate.

When you go to vote, give your EasyVote card or letter to the issuing officer.

If you don't have an EasyVote card or letter, you will need to tell the issuing officer your full name and address.

The issuing officer will give you your ballot paper. Take your ballot paper to a private booth, place a tick by the name of the political party of your choice and a tick by the name of the candidate you would most like to represent your electorate. You can vote for both or just one.

If you can't get to a voting place on election day, you can vote in advance, or you can cast a special vote.

Voting in advance in your electorate is easier than casting a special vote.

If you haven't enrolled, or do not have your EasyVote card, you can still make your choice count.

The last chance to enrol is today, you can't enrol on election day.

To enrol pick up and fill out a form at any PostShop, or go to www.elections.org.nz.
