EAT IT: Mother Earth has launched a new low Gi nut mix creating the altimate power snack. It's a delicious mix of freshly batch roasted cashews, almonds and hazelnuts combined with dried apricots and dark chocolate. The mix has a GI value of 11 as tested by the Department of Nutrition at the University of Otago.
