The service at Craft and Kitchen bar & restaurant = warm friendly atmosphere excellent customer service. Lovely people. Oh & Auto Tune on Riri St.
Third place cafe. Had breaky there this morning and the service was really good. Made me and my baby son feel welcome and relaxed attending to our needs without having to ask which can be sometime full on with a baby.
The lovely girl from the Caltex on the corner of Ranolf and Amohia by the skate park. She is always so helpful, friendly, and positive!
Went to one of the most expensive and quality clothing stores in the city and rather than selling me something I was unsure of, the chap suggested a super cheap DIY option. Shout out to Pollards!

Lime Cafe make the best fluffies for the little ones ... Just a cup full of fluff.. no milk. Staff were happy and very friendly .
Abracadabra every single time I go in there we are greeted and the whole time we are there someone always checks we are ok. Perfect service.
My shout out goes to Tyre Works, they're quick, efficient and very helpful in what they do AND not to mention their competitive prices - now that's service with a smile always! Thanks Tyre works, where would we be without you!

The delivery guys from Harvey Norman are magnificent. They are so professional at their job and they came with a smile and left us in smiles. Awesome.
We came to Rotorua on the weekend to take our dog for a run at the Redwoods. We went to BurgerFuel just down the road and we didn't want to leave the dog in the car so we brought her with us and sat outside. We were looking through the window at the menu and one of the girls was kind enough to bring menus out to us! Then one of the guys brought us out a bowl of fresh water for the dog.
