The rain set in the next day so students participated in adventure-based learning, said teacher Raewyn Morgan.
"The students developed their team work skills and perseverance while the senior leaders developed skills in group management and communication and were an essential part of the camp's success."
The students also went swimming and for a bush walk that day before cooking dinner together.

Before heading home the students played sports and completed an Amazing Race- style activity around the camp.
Teacher Charyl McNicholas said the camp brought the cohort together.
"They were a well-oiled machine, each team working together, communicating effectively, supporting one another; all willing to give everything a go - and give it their all."
