Get rid of it all together because it affects a lot of people and sometimes it makes people kill other people because they don't really know what they are doing.

I believe for medical reasons yes it should be decriminalised and the Government is making too much money from fines and wasting resources dealing with it when there are more important issues that time and energy need to go in to.
