I think it should be taught at primary and intermediate, but once you get to high school level you should be able to decide if you want to keep learning it.

Yes it should be, because it's for the Maori children and it can help other kids and other people with communicating to Maori people.

No, it's difficult, I'm part Maori myself but I don't think it should be forced on anyone, people should have the choice to learn.

Probably not, because when I went through the curriculum it wasn't compulsory and it hasn't held me back in any opportunities, it should be optional.
