I did not go and I agree with the council's decision due to the money involved. I did not see the point of it, considering the aftermath.

I did not go. I do not think the council's decision is a biggie, but maybe if the event had brought a lot of people to Rotorua it would be.

We managed to get free passes to go, we probably would not have gone otherwise. Often events find it hard the first time round and hindsight is a gift.

We went for free but for those that paid, I do not think it was value for money. The kids loved it though.
