Seven young rugby players from Rotorua have been named in the Bay of Plenty Roller Mills team.

Roller Mills coaches Cliff Honey and Barry Rirunui announced their 2015 team on Monday, following the Tai Mitchell junior rugby tournament in Whakatane earlier this month.

The Bay of Plenty Roller Mills team will represent the province at a northern region tournament against sides from Northland, Auckland, Thames Valley, King Country, Counties Manukau, Taranaki, Waikato and North Harbour from September 27 to October 3 in Whangarei.

Tauranga West have the biggest presence in the Roller Mills team this year after winning the Tai Mitchell tournament this month.
