The Government Gardens will be a trove of handmade treasures and bargains with Art in the Park on this weekend.
It is being held on Sundayfrom 10am to 4pm.
The Arts Village director Mary-Beth Acres says Art in the Park is an annual arts event which includes a wide rangeof artist market stalls, live music, and food.
She says this year there are more than 70 artist stalls, plus a good selection of food stalls.
"We really enjoy being able to create this environment for creatives and their audience to connect.
She says The Arts Village encourages the public to go along as it is an opportunity to find some great unique art and craft pieces, support creatives, and enjoy live music.
The event is free to attend and is family-friendly.
There will be a free art activity for children, and this year there is a pop-up art show in the Te Runanga Tea Rooms, run by Friends of the Museum.

Geyserland Guild of Woodworkers life member Bob Gordon says the guild will have a fairly big stall at the event, and there will be demonstrations and items for sale.
He says Art in the Park is a great day out and the guild enjoys meeting people there.
"If people want bargains they are there. There are great quality things, all handmade."
Art in the Park has been running for more than 20 years.
It is a community event funded by the Rotorua Arts Village Trust, supported by funding from Rotorua Energy Charitable Trust and Creative Communities Rotorua.
In case of bad weather The Arts Village asks that people check its website or Facebook page for any cancellation notices.
