Thousands of fans gathered at Great Lake Taupo for the country's first floating music festival, Flochella.
Rotorua will be the new venue for next year's second floating music festival Flochella.
The event will take place at Tikitapu (Blue Lake) on Monday February 5.
It was held for the first time in February this year on Lake Taupo and attracted a crowd of more than 4000 people.
Flochella is alcohol-free and open to all ages and sees people watch the concert in the water or on the land.
The line-up includes international artist Amy Shark as well as New Zealand artists such as Kings, Mitch James, Drax Project and special guests Jupiter Project.
The acts perform while floating on a stage on Tikitapu (Blue Lake).
Organisers are urging concert goers to keep Waitangi weekend free and to get ready to pack your sunscreen and floaties for a fantastic day on the water.
There will be an opportunity to "bomb" off the New Zealand Bomb Comp's tower on the day. More details about the competition will be released soon.
Shark recently released an EP Night Thinker and sold out her Australian Adore tour earlier this year.
Named as Apple Music's Up Next Artist, Shark took home multiple awards at this year's ARIA awards and has performed on The Late Late Show with James Corden.
ZM content director Ross Flahive said his team was excited to bring Flochella back for another year.
"It's going to be an awesome summer event, with some great acts.
"Flochella was an amazing success last year with over 4000 people and Kiwis from all over the country came for an awesome party."
Tickets are $39 and will be released for sale at midday today at grabone.co.nz.
