Rotorua Eastern Arterial: Street View

We asked Eastside residents if they think the city needs the Rotorua Eastern Arterial route.

I'm not too fussed about it to be honest. There are lots of more important things than that. Like us losing our post office.

It's a bloody good idea. Te Ngae Rd has been a balls up since they put the roundabouts in. Best idea I've heard in ages. There are too many heavy trucks on Te Ngae Rd, it would be good to get them off it.

It won't be good for us. We will lose business and there are problems at the shopping centre already with shops closing up and moving away.

It could be a good thing. But the shopping centre here will go to pieces. If it speeds up traffic and takes it off Te Ngae Rd then why not?

I think it's a good thing to get the traffic off Te Ngae Rd. But I do feel for the people who will lose their houses and their land because the road will go through it.
