With two hard-fought semi-finals done and dusted, it is Mount Maunganui and Rotoiti who will face off in the Baywide Premier rugby final next weekend.

Rotoiti first five-eighth Whakataki Cunningham was the hero as he slotted a penalty goal from the sideline in the dying seconds to give his side the win at home against Rangataua.

Meanwhile, Mount Maunganui overcame a determined Te Puke side 20-16 to book a home final, after finishing the round robin in first place.
