Taupo's Greenlea Rescue Helicopter today flew a 30-year-old woman to Waikato Hospital after she suffered serious pelvic injuries in a horse fall near Aratiatia, Taupo this morning.

Yesterday Rotorua's BayTrust Rescue Helicopter was called to Tirau to a 58-year-old woman who was struggling to breathe after she was stung by a bee.

She was flown to Waikato Hospital for further treatment.

On return to Rotorua Hospital the helicopter was called out to Matamata to a 36-year-old man who was very unstable due to an infection. He was flown to Waikato Hospital for further assessment.
